- Where Hollywood Hides® and Butterfly Beach Media, Inc. claim no ownership of any submitted work.
- Writers are solely responsible for securing and protecting their own copyrights.
- By submitting material to any of our competitions or affiliated enterprises, you grant permission for us to use your name, likeness, and biographical details for promotional purposes at any time, in any forum, through any media worldwide, solely at our discretion.
- Writers may request confidentiality by emailing [email protected].
- Submissions and authorship are displayed exactly as entered — please use correct capitalization for your name and project titles.
- All fees are non-refundable once a submission or registration is processed.
By submitting material or participating in any service, you agree to:
- Release and hold harmless Where Hollywood Hides®, Butterfly Beach Media, Inc., and all affiliated enterprises and associated parties from any claims, expenses, or liabilities.
- Accept that submission is void where prohibited by law (fees for voided submissions will be refunded).
No Warranties or Guarantees
- All contest scores, evaluations, and feedback are final and reflect the subjective judgment of our readers and judges.
- Writers agree not to request revised feedback or alternative evaluations.
- Participation in our contests, webinars, podcasts, or consultations does not guarantee employment, representation, sales, or development opportunities.
- Where Hollywood Hides® and its affiliates are not agents, managers, or producers and do not option, purchase, or exploit submitted material.
